Please ensure that your engraving instructions (quotes, names, numbers, etc.) are accurate and spelled correctly before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

We currently ship within the United States only.

• Cost: Free shipping on all U.S. orders.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days.

• Shipping Time: Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days after processing.

• Carrier: Standard USPS or equivalent.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Due to the custom nature of our product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on personalized items unless there is a defect in the product or a mistake made on our end.

If there is an issue with your order, such as a manufacturing error or damage during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your badge. Be prepared to send a photo and description of the issue so we can make it right.
